You have just received one or more items but the style does not suit you, you did not choose the right size, or you realize that there is a problem of conformity ?
Don't worry, you have a period of 30 days from the day of receipt of your goods to notify us of your intention to return.
The HawaiiSurf team is at your disposal, and we invite you to follow the following steps to proceed with a return/exchange:
Step 1: Communicate the intention to return on your customer area or via the return form in paper version
Option 1 : In your customer area, please select the order concerned . Then, check the product(s) to return to us & mention in the box below the reason for your return, and if you want a refund or an exchange , then click on return a product .
Option 2 : Download & print our paper form to fill out & attach to your return.
In the case of an exchange, thank you to mention in the box, the new product & the desired size . The new order will be sent at our expense as soon as possible after receipt of your return.
Step 2: Prepare the return package
In the case of a return made under the right of withdrawal, please put your item in a standard package or in the delivery box , attaching your invoice and/or failing that your contact details (surname, first name and order number ) inside your package. They must be sent to the following address:

In the case of a return for non-compliance , please stick the return label on your package, the address of our warehouse will appear there.
(*) Products purchased on our website cannot be returned to our stores.
Step 3: Return delivery costs and method of return
For any return made under the right of withdrawal, the return costs are your responsibility .
As part of a return request in case of non-conformity of the product / order error, the return costs and the possible reshipment are offered by HawaiiSurf . Subject to validation upstream by our teams, we will send you a prepaid label to your mailbox which will allow you to return the item(s) concerned to us, without advancing the shipping costs.
Step 4: HawaiiSurf Team Validation
All returned products (Product, original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be returned perfectly intact . Upon receipt of the package, HawaiiSurf will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise . No return will be accepted if the returned products are visibly used or damaged by the customer , since they will be unfit for sale. If the return is refused by our teams, the products will then be returned to the customer at our expense.
Attention in the case of fragile products (surfboards, skis, snowboard, stand up paddle) any damaged product whose condition has not been reported to the carrier cannot be taken back or exchanged.
Step 5: Refund your return
Upon receipt of your return, we undertake to reimburse you within 14 days via the payment method used during your purchase . Although we try to be as responsive as possible, certain high periods of activity can slightly lengthen these delays. As soon as the refund is made, you will immediately receive an email confirming the refund of your item(s) .
