You have just received an item(s) but the style does not suit you, it is the wrong size, or you notice a problem of conformity ?

Step 1: I make my return request

It is very simple. Go to your customer area > my orders .

1) Select the relevant command.

2) Check the product(s) you wish to return.

3) Indicate the reason for return.

4) Click on " Return a product ".

Step 2: I return my package

1) Place the new item(s) in their original packaging or in a standard carton.

2) Bring your return form.

3) Fill out the form and don't forget to put it in the package.

4) Choose the service provider of your choice for the return & stick the label on the package.
