The practice still requires a fairly good physical condition and an ability to ski on different snows as this sport is generally practiced off-piste on unworked snow, in unmarked places such as powder , crusty snow or even spring snow . It is also advisable to practice this discipline accompanied by a qualified guide and for the most seasoned skiers, be careful not to overestimate your abilities on slopes that are sometimes dangerous and difficult to access.
