Description

The Torq board called The Don XL is a classic from Torq TEC, a high-performance longboard with more volume for better paddling and larger builds.

In size 9 '0" with its 81.8 liters it is perfect for the heaviest riders and those who want to catch a lot of waves.

Type of waves : 30cm to 2.5m.

Level of practice : Intermediate to advanced surfer of larger sizes.

Board supplied without fin. Do not hesitate to contact us to choose your fins.

Outline : Generous volume with width at the nose for powerful paddling, stability and easy take offs.

Rocker: Light at the front to medium at the tail to facilitate glide and maintain drive.

Concave : Single concave in the front third to double in the middle then vee in the tail to generate drive and support on the rail.

Rails : Quite round then more pinched on the back third to the tail to pass the flat sections while maintaining support and chaining the carves.

Tail : Round tail to facilitate curves and provide support on more powerful waves.

Fins : Not supplied . Mounting 2 Futures + 1 US box to surf with 3 (thruster) or 1 fins.

Construction : Torq Tec, EPS foam with Epoxy resin glass and carbon reinforcements on top and bottom. The best weight/strength/performance ratio.
