The Chancho surfboard from Torq features X-Lite technology, an innovation specially designed for demanding surfers in collaboration with Channel Island. The result: a board that's lighter, stronger and more environmentally friendly than conventional boards.

• Generous outline with a wide nose for powerful paddling, stability and easy take-offs.
• Rocker profile: very light at the front and medium at the rear for smooth gliding while maintaining drive.
• Concave design: single concave on the front two-thirds of the board and double concave at the rear to generate drive and support on the rail.
• Rails: round at the front, becoming progressively more pinched on the rear third up to the tail to allow you to get through flat sections while maintaining good support and carve after carve.
• Tail: squash tail cut straight for easy turning and extra support in more powerful waves. Features a carbon reinforcement patch.

Daggerboards are not included, but you can mount up to 3 daggerboards with the 3 plugs Futures for a thruster style of surfing.

Construction: The X-LITE is a lighter yet equally strong construction, combining EPS foam, epoxy resin lamination and carbon fiber reinforcements. It's the best compromise in terms of weight, strength and performance. A collaboration between the Torq and Channel Island brands that results in a final product of great elegance.
