  • Gls Pickup Point: 7.90€ / 2.90€ beyond (List of pickup points)
  • Gls Standard :7.90€ / 2.90€ beyond
  • GLS Express: 19.90 € — Next day delivery before 1 PM for any order placed before 12 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Bmv: 29.90€ (itemsoutside format: surf, stand up paddles, bikes...)  

    EUROPEAN UNION:
  • DPD Predict: 9.90€ / Free from 199.95€

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Here’s a general estimate:

FRANCE :

  • Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 working days. (Corsica + 3 days)
  • Standard Delivery for oversized products: 5 working days .(Corsica + 3 days)
  • Express Delivery: 1 to 2 working days.


EUROPEAN UNION:

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 working days.
  • Standard Delivery for oversized products: 5 to 7 working days.

PREPARATION TIMES

Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Bayonne (64), France. The delivery time and costs depend on the specific preparation methods of the order, the chosen delivery method, and the destination.

Delivery times do not account for order preparation; therefore, 1 additional day should be added for any order placed after 12 PM (GMT+1).

Any order placed before 12 PM (GMT+1) will be processed the same day (except for orders of oversized products like Ski/Snowboard/Surf/Sup and bikes...).

Delivery times are indicated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday in Europe are only processed on the following Monday or the next working day.

During certain periods, especially during sales and inventory or during exceptionally high demand periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. Hawaii Surf cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shippers.

  • Bmv: Secure delivery of oversized and fragile products (surf, ski, snowboard, sup, bikes...)

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can then track your package in real-time.
