EUROPEAN UNION:
- Home (standard size) : 9.99 €
- Pickup Point (standard size): 7.99 €

EUROPEAN UNION ISLANDS (Balearic Islands, Sardinia, Sicily, Crete, and Canary Islands) :

UNITED KINGDOM
For logistical and financial reasons, we do not deliver to these destinations.
Important !
In case of a technical error on the site that resulted in incorrect shipping fees for your geographical area, we reserve the right to make adjustments after receiving your order. If you refuse to pay the additional fees, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.
Home delivery : In case of absence at the time of delivery, our carrier contract allows delivery to the nearest pickup point to avoid a return to sender.
EXPRESS DELIVERY :
Please contact our customer service to find out if express delivery is possible based on your order date and delivery address. The shipping cost will be provided upon request (minimum €19.99).
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Here is a general estimate:
FRANCE :
- Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 business days (Corsica + 3 to 5 business days)
- Delivery for Bulky Items: 5 business days (Corsica + 3 to 5 business days)
EUROPEAN UNION:
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days.
- Delivery for Bulky Items: 5 to 7 business days.
PREPARATION TIMES
Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Bayonne (64), France. The delivery time and costs depend on the specific order preparation methods, the chosen delivery mode, and the destination.
Delivery times do not account for order preparation; therefore, 1 additional day should be added for any order placed after 12:00 PM (GMT+1).
Any order placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+1) will be processed the same day (except for bulky products like Ski/Snowboard/Surf/Sup and bicycles...).
Delivery times are indicated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday in Europe are only processed on the following Monday or the next business day.
During certain periods, particularly during sales and inventory or during exceptionally high demand periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
Hawaii Surf cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shippers.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
