Chancho Xlite Surfboard Funboard

The Chancho surfboard from Torq is a high-performance board suitable for surfers of all levels and sizes, from beginners to advanced surfers. It is designed with X-lite technology in collaboration with Channel Island, making it lighter, stronger and more eco-friendly than conventional boards. This board is ideal for waves from 30cm to 2m+.

Daggerboards not included: We recommend thruster daggerboards adapted to your weight.

Practice level: Beginners to advanced surfers of all sizes.

Outline: Generous volume with width at the nose for powerful paddling, stability and easy takes offs.

Rocker: Very light at the front and medium at the tail for easy gliding and drive.

Concave: Single concave on the front two-thirds to double on the rear to generate drive and support on the rail.

Rails: Fairly round, then more pinched on the back third up to the tail to get through flat sections while retaining support and linking carves.

Tail: Squash tail cut straight for easy turning and support on more powerful waves. Carbon reinforcement patch.

Drifts: Not supplied. 3-plug mounting Futures for surfing with 3 (thruster).

Construction: X-LITE lighter and still as strong. EPS foam with Epoxy resin glass and carbon reinforcements. The best weight/strength/performance ratio. Collab between Torq and Channel Island for a very streamlined final product.
