Fast, responsive and versatile, discover the brand's TET Mod Fish board. Torq !

Designed with TET technology (Torq Epoxy Technology) using high-density EPS foam covered with an epoxy shell, this lightweight, durable construction offers excellent flotation combined with optimal responsiveness. The board's wide outline, with a wider nose and tail, ensures excellent buoyancy and stability. Its moderate rocker enhances speed and ease of technical maneuvers. The concave nose is fairly flat, with a slight curve towards the tail to improve control and stability . The medium rails, slightly pinched towards the tail, enhance the board's directionality. Finally, the swallow tail is a popular tail for shortboard and fish boards. This tail shape reduces drag by increasing board speed. It also enables tighter, more technical maneuvers.

Board supplied with daggerboards

6'3 x20 1/2 "x2 1/2" // 36 liters // 45-75kg

6'6 x21 x2 5/8" // 39.6 liters // 55-85kg

6'10 x21 3/4 "x2 3/4" // 46 liters // 60-90kg

7'2 x22 1/2 "x3 // 52.7 liters // 60-100kg

Practice level: Intermediate and advanced

Outline: Fish modern, meaning that the board is shorter and wider than traditional surfboards, improving stability and flotation. The outline is more curved than traditional surfboards, ensuring better maneuverability and enhancing performance in deeper, faster waves. The wider nose than on traditional surfboards improves flotation and facilitates take-offs. The board's swallowtail, inverted V-shape, enhances maneuverability and the ability to make tight turns in fast, hollow waves.

Rocker: Moderate rocker, relatively gentle curve from nose to tail. This curvature ensures a smoother glide through the wave, making it easier to pick up speed. It also facilitates maneuvering in hollow sections of the wave. Finally, this type of rocker enhances stability, making the board easier to surf for intermediate and advanced surfers , while offering excellent versatility .

Concave: Simple concave, an inverted V-shaped curve that runs from the nose to the tail of the board. This concave ensures excellent board stability and maneuverability. The simple concave accelerates board speed by creating pressure on the water to help propel the board. This type of concave is useful when the board is moving over shallower or slower waves. It will also facilitate tight turns by reducing drag on the edges of the board, while offering excellent maneuverability. Finally, this type of concave improves the board's stability by distributing weight evenly and increasing the surface area in contact with the water.

Rails: Rather thick, giving the board real stability combined with good flotation, useful rails for beginner and intermediate surfers. However, the rails are also thin enough to allow more advanced surfers to perform more aggressive maneuvers and cut through the waves. The front rails are fairly straight ,enhancing wave entry and improving stability during maneuvers. Thinner, rounder rear railsfacilitate tight turns with excellent maneuverability. Last but not least, the thickness and shape of the rails reduce drag, improving speed.

Tail: Swallow tail is characterized by two pointed ends added to a hollow in the center to considerably reduce drag and increase board speed. This hollow also creates a narrower pivot zone, facilitating tight turns and more agile, technical maneuvers. It will also provide a larger surface area for the tail daggerboards to be placed close to the tail for better control of the board in maneuvers. Finally, it also improves flotation by allowing water to flow more easily around the tail.

Construction: TET - Epoxy Technology Torq, construction using the latest epoxy/EPS materials by combining a lightweight EPS core with biaxial fiberglass fabric, epoxy resin and the unique Shield Skin Made in Torq. This Torq composite is built in the most advanced molds in the world thanks to precision CNC cutting from a single block of aluminum, creating a perfect reproduction with every board release.
