With the AVABAG system (Airbag system developed by Ortovox) and cartridge included, you'll be able to set off without a care in the world's most remote areas! The other special feature of the AVABAG system is that you can practice triggering it without the cartridge in place, as many times as you like, to prepare for the worst. Its lightness comes from the use of extremely light, abrasion-resistant fabrics such as 100D Robic Ripstop polyamide. Its padded 3D back panel distributes the load evenly between the ventral strap and padded shoulder straps for maximum comfort. To validate its qualities as a ski touring backpack for the most demanding routes, you'll find a diagonal ski binding system, as well as ice axe and rope attachments. The release handle has been optimized to adapt perfectly to all glove types and to both left- and right-handed users.
