Polyester construction uses traditional materials and lamination techniques to produce a strong, reliable surfboard with high-quality finishes. All polyester boards are precision-machined using computer numerical controls from shaping files, and hand-laminated using quality components such as Hexcel fiberglass, Silmar resin and Bennett foam.

These elements guarantee an optimal surfing experience, whether you're a beginner or an experienced surfer. With customization options such as tinted resin, Volan and Polish finish, these boards are not only high-performance, but also aesthetically beautiful.
