The Faction Studio Series are specially designed to meet the demands of freestyle athletes, integrating half-pipe standards and park criteria!
Developed in close collaboration with your favorite Faction riders, the Studio series offers an exceptional combination of performance and style, combining fluidity and pop. This kind of skiing requires extreme precision, as the perfect trick is often a matter of a few millimeters.
The Faction brand knows how important it is to stand out and feel comfortable. Studio skis, with their symmetrical shape and pronounced camber, give you the freedom to ride with ease. Because you never give up, you deserve equipment that won't let you down. The skis feature a sturdy construction, reinforced by a poplar wood core,stomp pads to cushion rough landings, carbon for optimum rigidity while remaining lightweight, and 2.5mm XL edges.

- Flex : Flex boat (7/10) - The big rocker is complemented by stronger, stiffer tips and tail, to help stabilize the skis and propel them through variable snow. What's more, the stiffer tips absorb more vibration when skiers hit the ground after taking off. Just add a little more flex underfoot to allow the skis to react on demand.
- Carbon: Carbon fiber - Between 8 and 12 strips of carbon, which surround the wooden core of the ski, are arranged in a unidirectional manner, offering additional stability to the ski, without adding weight to the construction. Each carbon strip is woven into the fiberglass to ensure strength and rigidity along the entire length of the ski // Titanium / Rubber Stomp Pad - Titanium and rubber reinforcements under the foot increase the strength of freestyle skis where it's most critical. In addition to protecting the wood core from impact when landing on rails, titanal and rubber improve stability and vibration absorption under your boots, making landing even more comfortable for both you andyour skis.
- Wood Core : Poplar - Poplar is a soft, light-colored wood, light and strong, with good flex and pop, as well as great vibration absorption. When used on its own, this wood provides pop and butters easily, while offering great stability on landings - three attributes necessary for a park ski, added to increased torsional stability for good edge grip on the slopes! // Eco-sourced wood cores - Poplar, beech and ash cores are sourced from forests close to European factories, which eliminates much of the CO2 emissions associated with long-distance transport. We're proud to source locally and ecologically.
- Edges : 2.5 mm XL edges, compared with the industry average of 2 mm, designed to last.
- Construction : Ultra-high-strength edge sandwich construction
- Sidewalls : Sidewalls are protective strips placed on both sides of the core, between the edge and the topsheet. Sidewalls provide optimum edge hold and stability when the ski is in a curve, and also protect the core, edges and topsheet from impact.
- Sustainability : Recycled materials // The Faction brand works hand-in-hand with its production partners to reduce the amount of waste it generates. Today, it recycles off-cuts from soles, edges and topsheets for reuse in production, thus reducing its carbon footprint while maintaining the same level of quality and durability.
