Horseshoe Tec Surfboard Longboard

The Horseshoe longboard from Torq is a board that performs well in virtually all conditions. Perfect for nose riding and carving to your heart's content. This board is designed for all types of surfer, intermediate or experienced. Its large 9'0 size will provide comfort whatever the rider's gararit . Please note that this is the old Horseshoe version in 2 + 1 mounting.

Wave types: 30cm to 2.5m.

Sold without centerboard: We recommend an 8" or 9" centerboard with two small sides. Single surfing possible.

Practice level: Intermediate to expert.

Outline: Quite a lot of volume, with a good width at the nose for easy rowing and take-off.

Rocker: Medium, forgiving of placement errors

Concave: Single concave on the front third to double in the middle then vee on the tail to generate drive and support on the rail.

Rails: Fairly round, then more pinched on the rear section up to the tail, perfect for linking carves.

Tail: Straight cut for big turns and efficient rail transfer.

Drives: Notsupplied. Mounting 2 Futures + 1 US box for surfing with 3 (thruster) or 1 daggerboard.

Construction: Torq Tec, EPS foam with Epoxy resin glass and carbon reinforcements on top and bottom. The best weight/strength/performance ratio.
