The Horses Tec 9'3" - Longboard Surfboard

The Horseshoe surfboard from Torq recalls classic "logs" longboards without the weight that comes with them. With its retro shape, 50/50 rails, and big nose, you'll have a blast getting through sections and doing noses. This board is aimed at those who want a pure longboard that allows for easy carves thanks to the lift of the tail. Enjoy yourself in the lineup with this longboard set up in single.

Wave type: 30cm to 1.5m+.

Sold without fin: We recommend a center fin of 8" or 9".

Skill level: Intermediate to expert.

Outline: Quite a bit of volume, a good width at the nose that will make paddling and take-off easier.

Rocker: Light at the nose for easy take-off and medium at the tail to provide drive & maneuverability.

Concave: Simple concave on the third then rolled in the center to rolled vee at the tail to facilitate rail-to-rail transitions.

Rails: 50/50 to maximize trim (glide).

Tail: Squared off to make big turns and have an effective rail transfer.

Fins: Not provideds. US box setup for single surfing (1 fin).

Construction: Torq Tec, EPS foam with epoxy resin glass and carbon reinforcements on the top and bottom. The best weight/strength/performance ratio.
