Venture Trucks was born in 1991 and played a major role in the evolution of skateboarding. Prior to the 90s, skateboarding was divided into two categories: freestyle in the style of Rodney Mullen and ramp skateboarding, where boards were very wide (today's oldschool boards).
Venture was one of the first companies to offer a skateboard truck that was light, solid and, above all, much narrower than what was seen at the time. This company is one of the pillars of the industry, and one of the reasons why skateboarding is where it is today.
