Fun Legacy Tet - Funboard Surfboard

The MODFUN is a modern funboard design that combines the ease of a voluminous board with the maneuverability of a more dynamic shape. This makes it an ideal choice for both beginner and experienced surfers looking for one board that can handle different conditions.

Thanks to its wide outline under the chest and its medium-volume nose, the board offers excellent paddling stability and allows for easy wave catching.

The rocker refers to the curvature of the board between the nose (front) and the tail (back). On the Fun Legacy, the moderate nose rocker enhances paddling speed, helps avoid the nose dive (when the front of the board sinks into the wave), and allows for good glide in small waves.

When the waves become more powerful, simply shift your weight back towards the tail. With the narrowed tail and the vee present under the hull, the board becomes more maneuverable and allows for quick transitions from rail to rail.

The vee refers to a V shape under the board, which facilitates rail-to-rail transitions and improves maneuverability.

Legacy Design

The Legacy Design is inspired by traditional surf style with a sleek and timeless finish. This design highlights the lines of the shape while maintaining a classic aesthetic.

TET Construction (Torq Epoxy Technology)

The TET construction is an epoxy technology known for producing very strong, lightweight, and durable boards.

It combines several technical elements:

EPS (Expanded Polystyrene)
The EPS is a lightweight foam used as the internal core of the board. It enhances buoyancy and reduces overall weight.

Fiberglass
The board is reinforced with fiberglass, which improves rigidity and strength.

Epoxy Resin
The epoxy resin is used to laminate the fiberglass around the EPS core. It is more resistant and durable than traditional polyester resin.
