The M23 X-Lite from Channel Islands is a hybrid funboard surfboard derived from the famous M13 model developed by shaper Al Merrick. It combines volume, stability, and performance, making it effective in a wide variety of conditions.
Its outline (overall shape of the board viewed from above) and fuller rails (edges of the board) enhance buoyancy and make paddling easier, while maintaining a dynamic performance close to that of a shortboard.
The X-Lite construction (lightweight and durable epoxy technology) uses an EPS core (light foam that improves buoyancy) to provide a solid, durable, and responsive board.
